Chris Matthews gets in RNC chairman Reince Priebus’s face, trying to hold him to account for saying that when the Republicans were playing the birther/race card it was “a moment of levity.” Really? What’s the joke? So they were just trolling Obama and because people got mad it was funny? Would that more hosts made their guests defend their talking points and pre-rehearsed rejoinders like this, but Matthews loses points by losing his cool which gives Priebus an excuse to not have to answer at all.
